Long-term rents
A Carvelo can usually be rented for a maximum of one week. However, at about one third of all locations we allow rentals of up to 4 weeks duration. The best thing about it: the longer you use the Carvelo, the more discount we give you on the rental prices. For a rental of 8 days you get a discount of 5%, from then on we add one percent discount for each additional day, up to a maximum rental period of 30 days. Contact us if you have any problems and we will help you.

Carvelo subscription
With the carvelo subscription, you only pay half price for each carvelo booking (not applicable to Smargos). The subscription costs CHF 90 per year and is therefore worthwhile from 5 daily or 3 weekend uses. You can purchase the subscription in your user profile in the app.
TCS discount
All TCS members benefit from a 50% discount on carvelo.
Simply enter your TCS number in your user profile. The TCS membership is also worthwhile for carvelo users because TCS offers its members comprehensive breakdown assistance for their own bike or e-bike as well as for rented Carvelos.

Insurance
The deductible in the case of damage or theft is CHF 1’500.- for Carvelos and CHF 1’000.- for Smargos (electric vans).
You can reduce the decuctible to CHF 0.- for each single rental by purchasing our insurance at the following conditions:
Carvelos
CHF 1.- for the first rental hour and CHF 0.10 for each additional hour
Smargos
CHF 12.- per day (24h)
You can also activate the insurance by default in your profile for all rentals.
Subscription for corporations or organizations

With this subscription you profit from a 50% discount on all fees and it is valid for one year. Upgrading to the next higher subscription is possible at any time, fees already paid are taken into account pro rata temporis.
The price of the subscription depends on the number of employees: You can buy the subscription in your user profile after registering.
